Ingredient Evidence Review
PQQ (PM dose)
Pyrroloquinoline quinone (reduced form, PM)

Mechanism
Same PQQ as the morning row, taken again in the evening. Mitochondrial growth happens around the clock; cell-energy decline is one of the deepest changes in the 55+ brain. We dose PQQ on both ends of the day to sustain the signal.
Why we use it
Longevity's customer is in the brain decade where cellular-energy decline matters most. The single dose is good; the twice-a-day dose covers a 24-hour window.
How we dose it
Hericea uses 20 mg per serving (per PM packet). The clinical trial range that anchors this dose is 10–40 mg/day.
A second 20 mg PQQ dose at night — keeps the mitochondrial-growth signal going while you sleep. Longevity is the only SKU that doses PQQ twice.
