Order & subscription help
Hericea is pre-launch. If you’ve reserved a product, you can reply to your confirmation email anytime to change your address, update which product you want, or remove yourself from the list. Once checkout opens, you’ll be able to skip, swap, or cancel a subscription yourself from your account in two clicks — no phone call, no retention offer.
A note on health questions
We’re glad to explain what an ingredient does, what dose we use, and the study it comes from. What we can’tdo is give you medical advice or tell you whether to stop or start a medication — Hericea products are dietary supplements, not drugs, and aren’t intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
