The rules of the road, in plain language.

By using this site or placing a reservation or order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. “Hericea” means Hericea Inc., Brooklyn, NY.

Hericea is pre-launch. Today you can reserve a product or join a launch batch with your email — this places no charge and creates no obligation to buy. A reservation tells us you want early access and lets us notify you when checkout opens (our lead product is Hericea: Perimenopause).

When paid checkout opens, the product page will state the price, the expected ship window, and exactly when your card is charged. We will not charge you until we tell you, on the checkout screen, that we are about to.

Some products are offered on a subscription (auto-renewing) basis as well as one-time. Before you start a subscription, we will clearly disclose the price, the billing frequency, and that it renews automatically until you cancel — and we will obtain your affirmative consent to those terms, consistent with the federal Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act (ROSCA) and California’s Automatic Renewal Law.

• —Reminders: we send an order confirmation each cycle and, where required, an advance renewal reminder before we charge.
• —Skip, swap, change: you can skip a shipment, change cadence, or swap products from your account before the next billing date.

You can cancel a subscription at any time, online, in two clicks — no phone call, no retention gauntlet.Cancellation stops future charges; it doesn’t retroactively refund a shipment already sent, except under our refund guarantee.

Every Hericea purchase is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. If a formula isn’t right for you, contact us within 60 days of delivery for a refund of the product price — even if the pouch is open. Full details and the few exclusions are on the refund page.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change; the price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout (or, for an active subscription, the price disclosed when you subscribed, until we give you advance notice of a change). Products are made in limited launch batches and may sell out or ship later than estimated; ship windows are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

The site, its text, photography, formulas’ presentation, logo, and the Hericea name are owned by Hericea or its licensors. You may browse and share links freely, but please don’t scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions for a competing commercial purpose, or misuse the site (no attempts to break security, interfere with others’ use, or submit false information).

Hericea products are dietary supplements, not drugs. Statements about them have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on this site is for educational purposes and is not medical advice. Consult your physician before using any supplement — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or under medical supervision. Individual results vary.

The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hericea disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence). Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of- law rules. Before filing any claim, please email us — most issues are resolved quickly that way. This section does not deprive you of protections you’re entitled to under the mandatory laws of your home state or country.
