Hericea

For the brain fog, mood, and broken sleep of perimenopause — without hormones

Clear-headed
through menopause.

Hericea: Perimenopause — the morning stick and evening packet

When estrogen falls, it takes focus, mood, and deep sleep with it. Hericea: Perimenopause supports all three — every active at the dose used in the study behind it. Hormone-free. Powder, not pills. Two minutes a day.

Why we made it

The fog is real.
So is the science.

For decades, estrogen quietly ran housekeeping in your brain — steadying focus, mood, sleep, and the way you turn glucose into fuel. As it withdraws, all of it wobbles. The word that won't come. The room you walked into for no reason. The 3 a.m. ceiling. You were told it's stress, or age, or nothing at all. It's neurology.

Most of the category answers with a hormone script or a shrug. We built the third option: a daily formula that supports the exact systems estrogen used to help run — led by mushrooms, finished with the cleanest evidence in each category, and dosed like the studies instead of the label.

Seventeen actives. Two minutes a day. Every dose traceable to the study it came from.

How it works

Mushrooms do the work.
The rest amplifies them.

Every Hericea formula starts with mushroom actives and adds only what makes them work harder. Here's the logic of the Perimenopause stack.

01

Feed the brain's growth signals

A fruiting-body Lion's Mane extract plus a dedicated erinacine-A concentrate cover both of the mushroom's neurotrophic pathways — the signals that keep neurons maintained and connected.

02

Restore the memory chemistry

Citicoline, phosphatidylserine, and DHA-led omega-3 supply the raw materials your brain uses to make acetylcholine and rebuild cell membranes — the everyday machinery of recall.

03

Steady mood and stress

Standardized saffron supports the mood side of the transition without SSRI exposure, while the methylated B-trio keeps homocysteine in check.

04

Win back the night

The evening packet — Reishi, magnesium L-threonate, glycine — rebuilds the deep, cortisol-quiet sleep that perimenopause fragments.

Your daily ritual

Two actions a day. That’s the routine.

Why it's in Hericea: Perimenopause

Lion's Mane is paired with the dedicated Erinacine-A concentrate so the AM stick covers both fungal neurotrophic axes (NGF and BDNF) — what no commodity Lion's Mane achieves.

Quality & Sourcing

≥30% beta-glucan; ≥0.5% hericenones (C+D); alpha-glucan ≤5%; HPLC-CAD verified per lot.

Fruiting body dual extract (NOT mycelium-on-grain). Nammex RealLionsMane® or Eversio equivalent.

Cautions & Interactions

The dose-honest rule

The dose is
the whole pitch.

The supplement aisle has one reliable trick: print a famous ingredient, then include a tenth of what worked in the study. We don't play it. Citicoline sits at its 500 mg memory-study dose. Magnesium L-threonate at the 2 g brain dose. And where we go above a study dose — like saffron at 56 mg — we say so on the row.

When something is below its clinical dose for a real reason, we say that too, instead of burying it. Open any ingredient above and you'll see exactly how our dose compares to the study — and the research that set it.

Questions

The honest answers.

Does Hericea: Perimenopause contain hormones?

No. It is completely hormone-free — no estrogen, progesterone, or phytoestrogens. It supports the cognitive, mood, and sleep systems estrogen helps regulate, using mushroom actives and clinically dosed nutrients. It is not a hormone therapy and not a replacement for one.

Who is it for?

Women in perimenopause or menopause dealing with brain fog, mood changes, disrupted sleep, and low energy — typically ages 40–55, though the cognitive transition can begin earlier or later.

How do I take it?

Two a day: one morning stick mixed into water or coffee, and one evening packet stirred into warm water 30–60 minutes before bed. No pills.

Why powder instead of capsules?

The clinical doses don't fit in capsules. Magnesium L-threonate at 2 g and glycine at 3 g alone would be six-plus pills a night. Powder lets us deliver real doses in two servings.

Is it third-party tested?

Yes — every lot is third-party tested for purity, heavy metals, and active levels. The Lion's Mane is verified to deliver at least 1 mg of erinacine A — its key active compound — per serving.

Can I take it with my medication?

Several actives — saffron, omega-3, Reishi, and Magtein — have interaction notes listed on their ingredient rows. Review them and consult your physician if you take antidepressants, anticoagulants, or other prescriptions.
